COVID-19 Vaccine
CDC recommends COVID-19 vaccination for people ages 6 months and older based on shared clinical decision-making. This means that patients and their healthcare providers work together to determine whether vaccination is appropriate based on individual health status, risk factors, and preferences. If you have questions about whether COVID-19 vaccination is right for you and your family members, our providers are here to help you make the decision that’s best for your health.
FDA-approved or authorized COVID-19 vaccines are currently available to all U.S. citizens and residents. Visit the CDC website for more information.
