Medically necessary clinical diagnostic laboratory tests are ordered by a heath care provider. Tests are done to help diagnose or rule out a suspected illness or condition. Preventative tests and screenings to help prevent, find, or manage a medical problem. An X-ray is an imaging test to look at the bones in your body.
